The manufacture has more than 100 workers and seven production lines of advanced Polypropylene Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric Production Lines, including in 2 sets of S production lines, 2 sets of SS production lines, one set of SSS production line, one set of SMS prodution line and one set of SSMS production line. Annual production capacity for Polypropylene Spunbond Nonwoven Fabrics is more than 15,000 metric tons.
SS, SSS, SMS, SSMS nonwovens are widly applied in hygiene field, such as baby diaper, adult diaper, sanitary napkin, pet pad, medical clothes and face mask ect.
We choose 100% raw material PP and use the mature spunbond/meltblown manufacturing technique and newest production equipments to product stable high quality nonwoven fabric. The fiber fineness is less than 0.020mm, which make the fabric super soft and has the good air permeability.
The SMS nonwoven is made by meltblown technique and the density of fine PP fiber is higher. Those make SMS nonwoven super hydrophobic and prevent water side leakage, as well keep the skin breathable.
In the hydrophilic testing, the water can penetrate nonwoven in two seconds, as well as the penetration trajectory is homogeneous. Especially, Yihe SSS hydrophilic nonwoven's dry degree is better than hot air fabric and residual moisture is less.
